Tenant Placement Fee

50% of One Month's Rent

Includes professional marketing, showing coordination, applicant screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.

Tenant Placement Guarantee: If a tenant placed by Legacy Key is evicted within the first 12 months, we will place the next qualified tenant at no additional placement fee, subject to the Management Agreement.

Lease Renewal Fee

$195

Includes market rent analysis, renewal preparation, tenant communication, owner approval, and execution of the renewal documents.
