Legacy Key Property Management & Real Estate, LLC is led by Vicky McIntosh, a licensed Kentucky real estate broker. That broker-led perspective helps owners think beyond the next rent payment: leasing decisions, property condition, resident communication and long-term value all affect the same investment.
Owners receive straightforward answers and a defined plan. Prospective residents get a professional point of contact, and existing tenants know where to turn when a question or maintenance concern arises.
Owner services
Property presentation, inquiry response, application coordination and lease preparation are handled with consistent communication. Placement for owners beginning full management is priced separately under the Management Agreement.
Rent collection, resident questions, routine coordination, documentation and owner communication stay organized in one management relationship.
When an issue is reported, Legacy Key helps gather the facts, communicate with the resident and coordinate the appropriate next step with the owner and service providers.

With ongoing management, tenant placement is 50% of one month’s rent. Lease renewal is $195. Services, guarantees and final pricing are governed by the signed Management Agreement.
Leasing-only service
Legacy Key can handle advertising, inquiries, showings, applicant screening, lease preparation and move-in coordination. Once a qualified tenant is placed and the lease is signed, you take over the day-to-day management.
The introductory standalone leasing fee is 75% of one month’s rent, with a $750 minimum. No fee is due until a qualified tenant is placed and the lease is signed.

Property owner questions
Legacy Key coordinates marketing, tenant placement, rent collection, inspections, maintenance communication and owner reporting according to the signed Management Agreement.
Core communities include Covington, Ludlow, Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, Fort Thomas, Independence and Florence. Other locations are reviewed individually.
